2016 Eagles Rest 'Gully Block' Semillon
2016 was another cool, wet year in the Hunter. While our reds struggled, conditions were perfect for Semillon. This is a single block wine and the winemakers pick of the fruit on the vineyard. Wild botanicals on the nose and powerful citrus fruit on the palate. This wine has length, line and an acid structure that will permit long term ageing.
