2019 Eagles Rest 'Maluna' Syrah
A barrel selection from our 2019 fruit. A slightly darker and more concentrated spectrum than the TWP Syrah. Bright red fruit, forest berries and dried flowers overlay darker notes of spiced plums and black cherries. Hints of chestnut, clove and subtle spice. Sweet cola, amaro bitters and a savoury, earthy finish.
