2019 Eagles Rest 'The Wild Place' Chardonnay
Matured predominantly in seasoned oak, TWP is a fresher, more fruit focussed style than it's Maluna sibling. Crisp green citrus fruit, white peach, grassy notes and garden herbs. Maybe an ode to the styles of Chablis, it's racy, flinty and mineral charged.
