By accessing or using our website(s), or by ordering any product from us, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use our website(s) or place orders for any products.

You may not order wine, or have wine delivered to anyone, if you or that person are under 18 years of age at the time of ordering. You must confirm your agreement with this explicitly at the time of ordering.

EAGLES REST WINERY PTY LTD supports the responsible service of alcohol. If you look under the age of 25, you will be asked to present valid photo identification by our delivery courier. If the ID requirement is not met, a card will be left and the parcel taken to the Post Office for collection.

There are no returns unless a product purchased arrives damaged or faulty. If a customer receives a damaged or faulty product(s) then they will be offered either replacement of the product(s) or a full refund of the purchase order including shipping.
