2014 Eagles Rest 'Estate' Semillon

A blend of the Forest and Gully blocks. Citrus fruit and wildflowers on the nose. The palate is refined and focused with hints of green apple, grapefruit and slight herbaceous notes. Complexing aged characters of toast and honeyed-nut are beginning to develop.
