2016 Eagles Rest 'Estate' Semillon

2016 was another cool, wet year in the Hunter. While our reds struggled, conditions were perfect for Semillon. Wild botanicals on the nose and zesty citrus fruit on the palate. This wine has length, line and an acid structure that will permit long term ageing.
