2014 Eagles Rest 'Estate' Shiraz
The 2014 vintage was a spectacular one in the Hunter Valley. Near perfect ripening conditions allowed for high yields without jeopardising quality. This wine comes from the highest block on the vineyard - the Eyrie. We used large format, old oak to champion the fruit and to preserve the wines floral aromatics. It's an easy drinking wine, now with a bit more complexity from time in the cellar.
